MINDFUL BRAIN SUMMER COURSE
A 4 day course for children and parents
What will we learn?: Tools and techniques to help train the mind to change the brain, empowering children and families to live happy lives.
What will we do?: Mindfulness, Yoga, Connection Games & Activities
Age of children: 5 - 13 years old
What to bring: Water bottle and an open mind.
Wanting to connect with your child? Trying to support an anxious child? Experienced challenges in lockdown? Need a break from social media or the screen? This course is made for you!

- Parents refers to a responsible adult.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- No adult or child observers permitted. This includes younger or older siblings not taking part. We encourage 5-8yr olds to book onto the 9am course and 9-13yr olds to the 10.45am course.
