Led by an expert strength and conditioning trainer. These classes involve a mixture of body weight and circuit training activity and will focus on building good technique and strength to support your yoga practice.

This class can also support injury rehabilitation or changing negative patterns caused by habits in our every day lives.

You will get a recording of this class so you can repeat as many times as you wish throughout the course of the month plus support to measure your progress.
