Led by an expert strength and conditioning trainer. These classes involve a mixture of weights (using body weight so don't worry if you don't have any kit at home) and circuit training activity and will focus on building good technique and strength to support your yoga practice.
 
This class can also support injury rehabilitation or changing negative patterns caused by habits in our every day lives.

You will get a recording of the class that you can repeat over the course of the month plus support to measure your progress.
