Discussion Topic: How to be Un-stressable as a Yoga Teacher
13th October
11-12.30

All yoga teachers welcome to join us for this friendly circle. Community is so important when it can feel isolating to teach classes alone.

The theme this time will be how to decrease the stresses of being a yoga teacher, whether it's class planning, keeping on top of admin / tax returns, marketing your sessions, making enough money to cover bills etc.

We will all have the opportunity to share our experiences in a supportive, confidential space of what works for us and what doesn't.  We will consider what self-care is non-negotiable for you and what business hacks make teaching less stressful (like booking systems, clear terms and conditions).

Bring your whole self to this circle where you can lean into support rather than holding the space yourself for once!

-----------------------------------------------------------

Come to the circle to experience being held in a circle space, have an opportunity to reflect on various poignant subject with fellow teachers.

Subjects will be facilitated by Tessa Venuti-Sanderson and you will have a chance to share and meet fellow professionals.

Tessa is experienced in circle holding, having run a women’s circle in Caversham for 9 years. She has been writing a book called A Guide to Facilitating Talking Circles with Julia Davis of Yoga Teachers Forum. With 20 chapters completed it’s in the finishing stages!

She runs an introductory Circle Fundamentals workshop, Yoga Nidra & Circle Holding course (8 weeks), regular online space holders circle and a Circle Holders Retreat.
