Learn to confidently assess a student or client’s posture so that you can teach or treat with maximum effect.
When posture is referred to as poor, what we really mean is that this individual’s different body parts are not operating well together. Some parts of the body are working harder than others and quite often this results in musculoskeletal discomfort/ pain.
If you want to make as big an impact as possible on your student/client’s comfort you need to be able to read their body quickly and effectively AND know what to do with this information.
This course is for movement therapists, manual therapists and sport enthusiasts.
It will explore how and why you or your students/clients report having aches and pains while doing normal daily chores. It will explore common training issues associated with yoga, pilates, running, cycling and weight lifting and help you know how to diagnose what is going on.
The quicker and clearer your diagnosis the better support and solutions you can offer!
This course is a certified mini CPD that leads on to a two day training course that we will offer to teachers/therapists who want to further develop their assessment and treatment skills.
