Begin your Ashtanga Self Practice Journey

Take 4 taster sessions to begin learning the Ashtanga Primary sequence by heart. 

You will be assisted by the teacher but the main focus is for you to learn the poses step by step and build your confidence to join these classes in future.

You will be in the self practice room with everyone else, so you can see how the class works and benefit from the lovely energy, but also have additional support from our Ashtanga Teachers.

Beginner numbers will be limited to 4 people and after 4 sessions you will be able to book onto the full session as you will have enough of the sequence memorised to come at any time you wish.


CLASS ARRIVAL TIMES:
MONDAYS: 7:15am

WEDNESDAYS: 7:15am

THURSDAYS: 6.15 PM (note this is in the evening)

FRIDAYS: 7:15am

SATURDAYS: From 8:15am
