Pelvic floor issues are more common than you think, with 1 in 3 women experiencing at least one pelvic floor issue in their lifetime.

We can suddenly notice changes in our pelvic floor after childbirth or during perimenopause or menopause.Sometimes it’s an ongoing issue we feel we’ve always had.

Symptoms are often very simple to improve, without surgery or any invasive techniques.

The workshop is suitable for you if:

 - you leak when you sneeze, run, cough, jump or laugh

 - you wake often to use the toilet at night, or worry about long journeys and going to new places

 - you experience pain during sex

 - you have a heavy or dragging feeling in your pelvis

In this workshop you will learn different techniques for creating a responsive and supportive core and pelvic floor:

  • What exactly is going on down there?

  • Dos and don’ts for managing your symptoms

  • Simple techniques and tricks to make a real difference to your symptoms

  • What to do next?

  • Opportunity for questions, chat and busting taboos on pelvic floor health
