Join this restful class from the comfort of your own home. You will need a blanket and pillows or a yoga bolster if you have one. Blocks and bricks can also be helpful.

This class will gently encourage us to connect with our breath using gentle movements to open and lubricate hips and shoulders increasing mobility and working on softening fascia. 

We will then come to the ground to work on some longer Yin holds to fully relax the mind and body.

This is a very gentle class and will leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.
