These classes include the same benefits as a Hatha class (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations.

Sun Salutations, or flow, involve strength and stamina for the upper body, shoulders and spine as well as stimulation for the nervous system. Classes can be vigorous, powerful and with dynamic movement with sprinkles of yogic wisdom. Suitable for all levels.

Please note if you are practising this ONLINE you won't benefit from the heaters that are in the studio (we know this is obvious but are stating it just incase :-) ).
