Experience the mind and body-altering effects of our Yin and Sound summer event!

Yin yoga is slow, generally seated, postures that are held for several minutes at a time. It is particularly good at getting into stiff joints such as the hips, ankles and shoulders and at slowing down our minds.

Sound Therapy (or a Sound Bath as it's sometimes called) works with the healing benefits of vibrating tones and different frequencies to calm the brain and, as a consequence, our nervous system and muscles.

The two together offer a truly dreamy experience with the opportunity to deeply rest. 

Yin and Sound is like taking yourself to a mini retreat, a perfect antidote to busy modern life, and perfectly timed to balance out the heat and extroverted energy of summer.

Suitable for all levels but please do let us know if you are pregnant or have a heart condition. Useful for relieving stress and pain, and improving sleep. Calm your mind and stretch your body. Cosy clothes, blankets, pillows and eye masks encouraged.
