This weekend with Lucy Crawford is an invitation to practise from the inside out — starting with breath, sensing, and the internal support that makes the shape make sense (instead of wrestling ourselves into it).
Our focus for the weekend will be:
And not in a “just tuck your chin” kind of way. More in a let’s actually feel what’s happening way.
Lucy has been exploring subtle work with the inner tissues of the throat — sensing and organising from the inside so the neck positions correctly from the inside out. (If you’ve ever left a vinyasa feeling a bit crunchy in the neck… yep. This will land.)
From there, we expand the same principle through the whole body:
Over the two afternoons Lucy will guide us through an explorative, experiential practice that includes:
Expect it to be creative, curious, and surprisingly down-to-earth.
Lucy brings over 30 years of yoga teaching experience, and her teaching is known for being creative, explorative, intuitive, and anatomical — the kind of guidance that helps you understand what you’re doing (and why), rather than just copying shapes.
She also has a background in Craniosacral Therapy and Fascia-Informed Bodywork, which really shows in the way she works with subtlety, tissues, and the deeper architecture of the body.
