Understand your Ayurvedic constitution (your doshas) and learn the tools to better balance yourself.

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old sister science to Yoga. Ayur=Life Veda=Knowledge, so we call it the knowledge or wisdom of life.

In this workshop we will discuss the 3 different constitutional body/mind types called Dosha. Vata=Air and Space, Pitta=Fire and Kapha=Earth and Water.

Our bodies are made up of all 3, usually a mix of 2 or 1 dominant and how it pertains to your body and Yoga practice. We will go over specific Yoga postures according to your unique dosha, discuss daily routine and seasonal practices.

This is a 3 hour workshop including Dosha Quiz, Q & A and Ayurvedic asana and pranayama practice.

All materials will be provided.


Bio
Joy has been an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher for over 20 years. She studied at The Ayurvedic Institute in the US and in Rishikesh India.
