Anchored: Tools for Managing Anxiety

This workshop combines yoga and psychological skills to unhook from anxiety. 

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, participants will learn to recognize different internal parts that contribute to stress and anxious feelings, and respond with greater awareness and compassion. 

It offers simple, practical tools to feel more grounded, calm, and balanced- suitable for all.

About Dr Naomi Middleton
Naomi is a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher based in South Oxfordshire. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford, a BSc in Psychology, Mental & Physical Health from the University of Reading and is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
