BELTANE. A celebration and a reset

BELTANE is an invitation to the senses.
In this urban retreat we will slow down to feel.
To feel the body.
To feel the breath.
To feel the emotions.
The rhythm of the body is much slower than the rhythm of the mind.
When you take a few hours to offer yourself the gift of slowness and simplicity, the regulation of your nervous system just happens… as a natural wave.
Then you can remember the abundance that is ever present for you in the different areas of your life. There is a Tantric teaching that says “there is always more”… But do you allow the space for it?
SCHEDULE
- 1- 3:45 pm A yoga practice to explore breathing, pranayama, bandhas and movement from a place of allowing and surrendering instead of forcing. Be ready for a different yoga experience that will change your frequency to one of deep listening and presence.
- 15 min break
- 4 -5 pm Myth + Somatic Ritual Practice to celebrate Beltane and to feel in yourself the abundant and nourishing energy that is available in nature
- 5- 6 pm Sound Bath with Lorena. A deep immersive experience where time feels suspended and awareness turns inward, supporting deep rest, presence, and a renewed sense of balance, allowing the body and mind to settle naturally.
What will students gain from the day?

- A yoga practice in which breath and movement give birth to each other, organically, without forcing so that you can release the feeling of having to do it all.

- Pranayama and the bandhas demystified
- If you are a yoga teacher, you will be able to teach pranayama from a more organic place instead of doing it in auto-pilot.
- An experience for the senses so you can feel more attuned to what is living more consciously in your body
- A deep reset for your nervous system and short practices you can keep using in your daily life to keep coming back to that state.
