Join Lorena in this exploration of sound meditation and it’s benefits. This informative session will examine the scientific principles underlying sound meditation and its practical applications for various health conditions.
Lorena will discuss how sound influences key physiological systems, including blood pressure regulation, heart rate variability, brain function and brainwave patterns, and nervous system responses. Sound meditation has been shown to affect brainwave activity, potentially shifting patterns from active beta waves associated with normal waking consciousness to slower theta waves linked to relaxation and meditative states.
Time will be available at the end of the presentation for questions and discussion.
