Explore the poses that come after navasana (boat pose) in the Ashtanga Primary series.
Raili will explain the asana, the count, the modifications and why these poses are sequenced in the way that we practice them (and why we don't recommend skipping poses!).
This is a rare opportunity to look at the second half of the Primary sequence in a friendly and supportive workshop setting.
Suitable for anyone who has attended our half led or self practise classes for 6 months or more (ie a regular practice).
