This Yamuna Body Rolling workshop will teach you how to release built-up tension, improve posture, and ease common aches using soft balls, body weight, and breath.

We’ll systematically work through areas prone to tightness—neck, shoulders, back, and hips—helping you move with greater freedom and less discomfort. Finishing with a full spinal release, you’ll leave feeling lighter, taller, and pain-free.
