Calling all mums who need time for themselves to unwind and rest. Join us in this 2 hour yoga for mums session in which we will hold a nurturing space for you away from the mental load and juggle of life.

Mums spend so much time and mental energy taking care of their families so this workshop aims to offer space and time to unwind and rest.

The workshop will start with mindful movement practices synchronised with the breath to settle into the body, shift the energy, relieve tension and start to unwind. We will then move in to restorative postures supported by bolsters blankets and yoga blocks to encourage, comfort, rest and relaxation. Ending with a Yoga Nidra relaxation practice to bring you to a deeper rest. We will then replenish ourselves with tea and a treat.

For mums at any stage of motherhood including pregnancy and postnatal mums.

Jo has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is an experienced pregnancy and postnatal specialist yoga teacher. As well as supporting mums with yoga, Jo has seen how beneficial the practice has been to her own motherhood journey. Jo has found breathing, movement and restful practices the perfect antidote to the mental load and is excited to offer a space for mums to rest and look after themselves.
