Step into the cosy warmth of Yoga Reading Studio this January and give yourself the gift of a day dedicated to deep rest and renewal. Katia and Lorena invite you to join them for a soothing retreat, designed to support and nurture you through the winter season.

You'll begin with Katia’s gentle Yin Yoga, perfect for releasing tension, calming the mind, and allowing your body to unwind. Following this, Lorena will offer a deeply relaxing Sound Healing experience, enveloping you in soothing sounds that help ease stress and restore your sense of peace.

Midway through the day, we'll share a delicious, nourishing vegetarian lunch, providing a chance to refuel and connect in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the studio. We will also use breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Aromatherapy and self healing Reiki techniques throughout the day.

This retreat is all about taking time for yourself—letting go of the January blues, recharging your energy, and finding calm amidst the winter season.
