These classes are a friendly nurturing space to come and move, breathe, meet other mums and bond with your baby. Having a baby is a huge life change and the body and mind has been through a lot. Join us to support your postpartum recovery, build strength, soothe aches and pains and connect with your baby. We want to help you feel good about yourself and more confident in your body and yourself as a mum.
Within these classes you will:
At any time during the class, you are welcome to feed, change your baby and do anything you need to as a mum. These classes will be 45 minutes of practice followed by a replenishing herbal tea and snack.
