Yoga, Psychology & Gut Health
The relationship between our gut and mental health is an important one. How we feel emotionally is directly communicated to our gut and our gut changes in response to this. This communication happens both ways, meaning that our gut health also influences our emotions and behaviour.
In this workshop you will learn about the gut brain axis, the nervous system and vagus nerve and how they affect gut health and psychological health.
You will be guided through some different practical exercises from yoga and psychology to help support your overall health and wellbeing.
This workshop is suitable for all, including those with no prior yoga experience and those living with physical and/or mental health conditions.
