Master Arm Balances using Rocket Principles
 
 Helen will guide you through a Rocket warm-up sequence, focusing on the principles and mindset of arm balancing, before unpacking a range of arm balances, drills and transitions. The workshop format allows time to explore crow, side crow, 8-angle pose, flying pigeon and more, to develop your understanding of how the Rocket practice prepares the body and mind for the challenges of arm balances, and to get support for overcoming any personal sticking points.
 
 You will get the most out of this session if you are already familiar with crow pose. You do not need to have practised Rocket regularly (or at all) before to join. Bringing a willingness to try, and possibly a sense of humour, is encouraged.
