Helen uses her extensive teaching background to weave together incredible Vinyasa classes. Using elements of Space + Flow, Taekwondo, Qi Gong and her yoga training her classes are always incredibly well planned and expansive.

YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO MOVE YOUR BODY?
As a self-confessed eternal movement student that’s a tricky one. Probably just finding a bit of space and seeing where the flow takes me on the day, whether that’s yoga, animal flow, dance or TKD pattern.

In my previous career I worked on international education projects and was posted to Abu Dhabi and Qatar several times – I still went to the gym even though it was BOILING out there!

It depends on the day! But I really like to do something every day even if it’s a dog walk.

My uncle is the President of the Spanish Naturist Association and my degree dissertation was about Naturism as a niche market (my tutor wasn’t amazed by it).

Raili is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. She practices regularly with Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London and is a student of Lino Miele.

As well as teaching for us in Reading she runs Ashtanga Yoga Estonia.

Naomi is a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher based in South Oxfordshire. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford, a BSc in Psychology, Mental & Physical Health from the University of Reading and is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.

Her specialist areas of interest are gut and bowel health, eating behaviour, body image and helping people to adjust to and live well with long-term physical health conditions.

Dr Sarah Gilchrist FBASES, spent over 20 years working in the high performance sport industry, latterly as a Technical Lead for the UK Sports Institute (formerly the English Institute of Sport) and Senior Physiologist with British Rowing.

Dr Sarah Gilchrist FBASES, spent over 20 years working in the high performance sport industry, latterly as a Technical Lead for the UK Sports Institute (formerly the English Institute of Sport) and Senior Physiologist with British Rowing.


 Her doctorate specialised in sleep and athletic performance, and she now provides consultancy on a range of performance areas, particularly relating to female sleep health, through her own consultancy, Gilchrist Performance. She is on the Advisory Board for the Sleep Charity, a fellow of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences and is High Performance Sport Accredited.


Sarah’s interest in sleep health stemmed from supporting elite athletes in the run up to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics and observing the increasing demands that a Home Games brought on an athletes’ recovery time. She also has a young family and has experienced the challenges of juggling the juggle with family life, working and protecting some time for self-recovery, so knows all too well the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Gemma is on a mission to break pelvic health taboos, and support as many women as possible to regain their freedom and confidence by improving their pelvic floor symptoms.

Gemma Miles is a soft tissue therapist and Pilates instructor specialising in women’s health. She runs her own clinic in Caversham helping women recover from hysterectomy and C-section surgery, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is on a mission to break pelvic health taboos, and support as many women as possible to regain their freedom and confidence by improving their pelvic floor symptoms. She is also mum to Oscar (5) and Rose (2) and when she’s not busy with all of that you can occasionally find her on the dance floor where she competes in Ballroom and Latin dancing.

Gillian is a Pilates teacher and a fully trained Yamuna Body Rolling coach

Weien's classes create a space to practice cultivating these qualities through breath, meditation and movement. Whether you are stepping into your first class or deepening an existing practice, she will guide you with compassion so you can feel more grounded and at home in your body.

Weien’s yoga journey started with a love for how good she felt after every yoga class. She kept going and realised that yoga is a practice of continuing self-enquiry. It opened a path for her to explore and connect with herself; to find a sense of belonging, ease and inner strength in her mind, body and spirit. She trained as a yoga teacher (RYT 200) so she can share this passion with more people.

Mihaela is deeply curious about how mindful movement reshapes the brain, supporting focus, adaptability, and a sense of clarity that carries beyond the mat.

Expect energising, playful sequences that emphasise freedom, rhythm, and intuitive movement, creating space for exploration within the practice.
