The course follows on from our Level 1 course building your confidence and experience of various yoga practises.
Each week will include:
Breath work - calming the mind and nervous systemPostures - flexibility, mobility. Using a modified Ashtanga sequence.Strength - how to build a sustainable practiceMeditation - on breath and postures helps us to feel fully absorbed and forget about our worries
