In this workshop we will explore the foundations of primal vinyasa, which includes functional mobility and strength, journeying through your joint ranges and natural movement skills like squatting, rocking and rolling. This is a practice that helps build resilience in a playful, embodied way.

We often use props to support the practice and to make the movements accessible - all are very welcome to join this empowering movement practice.

All of this is held within the familiar containers of a Yoga practice; flowing sequences, breathing techniques, meditation, sound, and relaxation.
