Your nervous system plays an important role in your physical and psychological health. In times of stress and/or anxiety our nervous system can become ''stuck' or hyper-sensitive, leading to changes emotionally and physically. 

Join Dr Naomi Middleton (Clinical Psychologist) for an introduction to your nervous system. 

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn more about your nervous system, try different tools for responding to stress & anxiety and you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice aimed at relieving stress and finding balance. 

This workshop is suitable for all, including complete beginners to yoga and those struggling with or wanting to learn more about living with stress, anxiety, depression and/or long term physical health conditions such as IBS, chronic fatigue, chronic pain or autoimmune conditions.
